Election Calendar Art Contest and Gallery Night

The Supervisor of Elections Office will be publishing a 2024-25 calendar with important election dates that will be handed out to members of the public at our office and at outreach events. The calendar will include pictures submitted to our office from students in Osceola County.

Here is how the contest will work:

  1. Students can create and submit artwork on their own or teachers can facilitate the activity at school. Artists can use any medium for their piece.
  2. All artwork is to be submitted to the Supervisor of Elections Office by October 13, 2023 with the artist’s information. The artist's information includes the title of the piece, artist name, artist school, artist grade, and the email and phone number of a parent or teacher.
  3. A Gallery Night will be held at the Supervisor of Elections Office on November 2. This event is open to the public and all submitted artwork will be displayed. All attendees will have the chance to vote for their favorite artwork in each age group (K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12). The winners in each age group will be announced at the end of the night.
  4. The top 6 pieces of art from each of the four age groups will be featured in the 2024-25 Elections Calendar.
